After three years of searching for a new job I made the decision to seek the assistance of a career change coach.  I came across the Executive Career Move website and through this met Edward Gifford.  After an initial consultation with Edward I decided to undertake the full career transition coaching program.

Over the period of the coaching Edward helped me to discover my purpose; understand my strengths and how these strengths can be leveraged in my job search; identify the types of work environments and workplaces where I wanted to work; develop my career stories and achievements and rewrite my resumé to specific job requirements.  In fact, the first time I submitted my new resumé I reached the second interview stage having competed with over 70 other applicants.

Edward helped me to see my career to date and my future career search from a different perspective.  He did not lecture but rather guided me in uncovering what I really wanted for myself.

I believe that the knowledge gained from my career coaching journey will be with me for the rest of my life.  I would strongly recommend this program and Edward as coach to anyone who is seeking more from their work lives.

I picked up my new position within a week of completing the program!
